Flexer / flexible

#flexible · custom CSS for your fascia

Your joints have a roadmap too.

Sitting shortens hip flexors, quiets glutes, rounds the upper back, and parks the head in front of the monitor. Fluxer will not fix that with a theme. Ten honest minutes will.

Daily ten

The default flow

Breathe slowly. Move to a 6 or 7 out of 10 stretch, not a 11. If something is sharp, skip it. You are not being graded in #flexibility.

Hips

The chair's favorite victim

Hip flexors spend the call in a shortened chair shape. Couch stretch and 90/90 are the patch. If you only do one thing after a six-hour voice, do couch stretch both sides.

Thoracic spine

#general posture

Upper back that never extends is a hunched screen-share. Open books and wall angels restore rotation so your neck does not have to do all the looking.

Wrists & neck

Markdown injuries

Extended wrists on a flat laptop all day is a classic. Raise the screen, drop the keyboard, and give the wrists a minute every hour. Neck follows the monitor — so move the monitor.

Floor time is a feature

Once a day, sit on the floor for a few minutes while you read a thread. Switch positions: cross-legged, long sit, kneeling. If you cannot sit on the floor at all, that is useful data, not a moral failing. Use a cushion and keep the daily ten going.

Flexibility here means usable range, not a party trick split for the camera. You want to pick something up, turn to look at a second monitor, and take a walk without feeling like a door hinge.
